School plays an important role in bringing out the best in children. But sometimes young minds need guidance to polish them and show them the correct path. Anxiety and stress are becoming increasingly common among young minds as they face increasing exam pressures and social influences. Keeping this in mind we at DMS organized a counseling session on ‘Adolescence and Anxiety’ for our students of Grade IX & X to guide the students on how to manage and deal with emotional conflict and personal problems. Another session for grades VI &VI was conducted on ‘Bullying’.
A team from an NGO ‘Talk to Angel- Online Mental Health Counselling Platform’ conducted a workshop and helped the students to overcome their fear.
